Following our MySQL 8.4 upgrade strategy, and subsequent to the non-production upgrades, we will roll out the update for your Production environments(PRD/PRD1/PRD2/DR/PROD) on November 5th.
As detailed in the Non-Production communication, versions 8.0 and 8.4 are fully compatible.
- Execution Details & Customer Impact:
Maintenance is executed in regional waves strictly outside local business hours (between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM customer local time).
Each customer environment will experience an expected downtime of approximately 20 to 30 minutes while services are restarted.
No customer action is required.

If this maintenance window causes any impact on your business or you do not agree with the proposed plan, please open a Support ticket to request rescheduling the maintenance outside this window.
