Scheduled - Following our MySQL 8.4 upgrade strategy, and subsequent to the non-production upgrades, we will roll out the update for your Production environments(PRD/PRD1/PRD2/DR/PROD) on November 5th.
As detailed in the Non-Production communication, versions 8.0 and 8.4 are fully compatible.
- Execution Details & Customer Impact:
Maintenance is executed in regional waves strictly outside local business hours (between 6:00 PM and 5:00 AM customer local time).
Each customer environment will experience an expected downtime of approximately 20 to 30 minutes while services are restarted.
No customer action is required.
- Actions and Exceptions:
If this maintenance window causes any impact on your business or you do not agree with the proposed plan, please open a Support ticket to request rescheduling the maintenance outside this window.
